Intrigue and cross-dressing4
This second volume of the anime Le Chevalier D'Eon contains a further four episodes an unlike the episodes in the previous volume, these are somewhat slower with more intrigue and less fighting. In these episodes the four knights must travel from France to Russia in the footsteps of the deceased Lia and are harried at every turn. Although these episodes have less action than those in the previous volume they are still just as well made and are no less interesting. I am still somewhat unsure as to the merits of this series as although the plot is interesting and the animation good I do not yet have much of a feel for the characters so although I will still probably get the next volume in the series, I still don't consider it a must buy.
